It's been a while since I had an idea to change SK, but I recently found an idea in a conversation a few of my friends and I have had (thanks Firefistace and Wolfx-Ten)
So, I was sitting there one day, looking at my inventory, when i noticed that pretty much all my bombs only had 1 uv (I like uvs :P). They all had a CTR uv, never a damage one, except for one or two bombs. Then, I thought, why have damage uvs? What difference could a shivermist with undead VH make? The mist bombs are used purely for status, rarely for damage from the bomb itself...
How about... A UV specifically for bombs? It would be called "Area Effect Increase" or something like that. The idea is that the bombs' radius, while having this uv, would increase slightly. Not enough for them to be OP, but a slight increase can make a huge difference. The increase sizes could be:
AEI low: increase diameter by 0.5 blocks
AEI medium: increase diameter by 1 block
AEI high: increase diameter by 1.5 blocks
AEI very high: increase diameter by 2 blocks
The limit for this uv will be 4 instead of 6, like armor resistances.
Also, a Fuse Time Reduction uv, which would enable the big angry bomb and other slow-acting bombs to be more accurate, with the decreasing times be:
FTR low: 0.25 seconds
FTR med: 0.5 second
FTR high: 0.75 seconds
FTR very high: 1 second
I realize that this will more than likely make some big angry bombs a bit too OP, but it's a good uv for some other fast-acting bombs, with a slight increase

Why not a fuse length decrease? That would make bombs such as Big Angry Bomb more usable, and more buffs for bombers.
