It all comes down to two questions
1) What are you doing with it?
2) How much resource do you have at your disposal?
If the answer to 2) is 'not very much', then we can obviously discount Snarbolax.
If the answer to 1) is 'FSC runs', then the obvious answer is Vog Cub.
If the answer to 1) is 'PvP', then Skolver or Snarbolax are the best choices.
We really cannot give you an accurate answer if you don't give us enough information.
Also, this question crops up pretty much every day in the forums. You could always look at previous threads rather than having to start a whole new one to get the same old answers...
