I've seen them easily go for 60kce, with 20kce on tabard... Split, of course
That IS a rare item, I don't think many of them are still unbound... If I were you I would wait another year or so, and maybe you'll be the only one left with one :3 then you can sell for 80kce+, or even 100kce... Prices for chapeaus are steadily rising
