Apologies if you feel it's a lowball but I can't justify more for the unbind on a high, I think it's quite reasonable.

Yes, that's pretty low, we can make a deal at 7k ce.

Explanation of why i consider this low:
You can get the 4* with Almirian Seals(Vana Tokens), the only way to spamcraft it for uv is too expensive and slow. so if you want an uv on it you need to roll. I was no more using my CoA so i decided to roll uvs on it to sell it. I spent about 340k cr on so i find that 4kce + unbind is pretty reasonable as a price.
I can make it 3k+unbind just because i need some fast ce, let me know
