Suggestion: Pay upkeep now button.
I think that there should be a place where you can just pay the upkeep now, instead of having to wait for the time to run away. Also, when you press the button, it will keep the remaining time left and add it to a week. So lets say you have 22 hours left. Upkeep happens every week. When you click the pay upkeep now, There will be 7 days added to the countdown and 22 hours left. In my guild, we want to start adding the second floor. But the problem is, there is 22 hours left till the upkeep. If we upgrade to second floor now, then it will raise the upkeep AND give us less time to pay it. So that is why if people like to decorate and make changes to the guild hall they should add this tool.

Pay for the equivalent of a year with an almost empty Hall so its cheap then start buying the stuff :p
I exaggerated it a bit so you see the problem.

I believe there is a pro-rate upkeep fee for adding expansions, that is to say that you will pay as much as there is time left to pay your upkeep.
