I have 2 fragments and was wondering if it would be worth my time to get a third, make the mask and then sell it on the AH.

Its extremely useful in FSC

Its extremely useful in FSC with its Gun CTR Med and Gun ASI Low and i think max fire and shock resistance and is it unbound when you craft it?
