Well from the continuous "CE IS TOO HIGH" and "CE IS TOO LOW" posts, I figure that the problem will always be that CE is always going to be a matter of whinging. So, even when it's at the perfect value, there still must be something wrong.

I don't get why people actually whine on the forum about this...
It's a market people! It's not rocket science!
Why do you think CE kept decreasing after the Guild hall update?? Look at Echo of Silence guild hall and others (that I don't know about), they have like 10 if not 50 millions cr put into their guild, you think they farmed Vanaduke or they pooped it?? They transferred **** tons of CE into cr, making the market go abruptly low. Now they have all they need the CE keep rising because it is not worth exchanging CE to cr right now.
If you want things to change, first understand what's going on and then try to do something else than sit on a forum and cry to admins about it
