Well, you could "rename" the files so X armor looks like another, but just visually. And a GM might ban you.

If you change anything, its most likely only going to be client side.
Which means, it affects what you see. So if you change the model of a gun for example. It will change it only on your screen.
Others will still see the official model, since their files have the intended model.
