This is my first suggestion thread, so I'm new to this suggestion thread and whatnot.
Anyways, I was thinking about how there could be a total damage reduction UV - a UV that allows a user to receive less damage from monsters/opponents. Because of various reasons, it may be slightly overpowered, but the damage scales could be nerfed. Perhaps for every value of the UV from low to max, it could prevent half a bar of hp when hit. So when wearing a cap and a coat with UV max, a total of 4 bars could be prevented. Like I said, it sounds OP, so the values could be scaled...maybe a quarter of a bar (not seen) prevented from each hit (max of 2 bars without shield).
As for the shield, this UV will also reduce the damage taken, so the shield will last longer.
It may sound unpractical depending on its damage values and also damage type defense, but I think it would be nice to have a general small bonus.
Make this UV provide 1/3 the bonus of a singular defense-type UV. Why? This UV would add an overall defense to all four, so it'd be balanced if its defense value was low.
