That is hilarious. Your commentary made it a very nice picture. I doubt it would be a bannable offense. I'll be sure to avoid haven 2 and 7. Don't want to get blasted by the twins.

Zone chat was filled with hilarious comments from people...
The haven was so laggy that everyone kept disconnecting and then reconnecting rapidly, making it appear like people were walking through walls (people used this to their advantage by making it look like they were going into the fountain XD)
People in the arcade were flying across the gap, NPC knights were zooming everywhere at a hundred kilometres an hour, and it took several minutes to overcome the rubber-banding to get from the Haven's entrance to the Auction House.
And then the whole instance crashed and we were all booted out into Haven 8 :(
