When a knight is affected by Syndrome, the chance to get another status ailment will be increase. Besides, Syndrome will also increase the duration and the effect of the status ailment that mix together with it. Example :-

Fire = 8 seconds
Syndrome + Fire = 12 seconds + more damage

Duration of Syndrome will be around 10-20 sec (depend). Possible colour, white. Syndrome can be purify by remedy.

Shouldnt this be done by poison (if it doesnt already, I have my doubts)?
It already lowers physical defense and you take more damage.
