After reading "Strategy Minigame" of Captainshockwave, this idea popped in my head so I decided to write it down...
Would love to see an endless dungeon that the pay-out in CR and heat is worth while.
Let's make it simple...
ENDLESS DUNGEON
How does it work?
A 5th door (depth, level, clockwork tunnel, arcade elevator, whatever you call it) appears! The only levels on this particular "arcade elevator" are ARENAS (old school arenas in Arcade, not the easy one in the missions). You can still decide the which arena it will be with the clockwork system. (only the 6-7 first arena)
Unlike a normal arcade, this can only be accessed in T3
Arena's are in a continuous loop.
After getting to the last depth of the Tier (28) you get transported to another Arena with ??? depth (just like a SL) and you cannot invite people anymore. From this moment, the arena are only made of Haunted Passage mobs and are randoms. No theme, just like Haunted Passage, just a cluster f**k of randoms mobs
The only way to get to the other depth is to finish the 3rd round of the arena and access the "last" elevator, the first two will get you to haven
Mobs get 10% more HP and flat dmg bonus per ??? depth you go in. So let's say you are on your 3rd ??? depth, the Haunted Passage mobs has 30% more HP and 30% more dmg (watch out for those trees, they will one shot you eventually)
So that way you will die someday and it won't be easy to grind this but it will result in a good pay-out and maybe an alternative to the FSC grindfest that has been going on since... well I can't remember because back in July 2011 people were still grindfesting FSC
