Looked around the forums and wiki (and I know wiki is slowly getting updated), but still not sure how to upgrade my Kat helm (specifically got claw) to a higher star. Can anyone link me to a guide or know the answer until the wiki gets updated?

And sorry if this should be in the Arsenal, general discussion topics get confusing.

Someone in-game told me that I need fetishes (.... that's kinda awkward), but do I need the recipe for it and will I be able to upgrade it before the event ends in a few days?

You can upgrade them using

You can upgrade them using the Moorcroft Alchemy Machine in Moorcroft Manor, which is like the Sanctuary Alchemy Machine and the Krogmo Alchemy Machine in that the recipes for the hats are built in. The materials needed are listed on the wiki, but 4 star helms need 1 Kat Fetish, and the 5 star helms need 2 Kat Fetishes.

So a 3 star helm costs 50 tokens, the 4 star helms 100, and the 5 star helms 200. Don't forget that this event will come back in the future, so you can get more tokens then.

Thanks for your input, I'll remember this. For now, I'm happy that I at least got my Kat Claw Hood. I can wait to upgrade it later when the events come back. I'll keep using this thread until a guide comes out, or until they update the wiki with enough information.

You can always purchase Kat Fetish Tribe at AH, they sell pretty cheap compared to the first day when I bought some (it made the market drop so I'm not too mad about paying it at high price, considering I did not had to farm this event after the 2nd day it was implemented)

Just checked and they go for 45-50k cr if you buy them and maybe less by offer?

I bought 1 at 248k cr the first day and bought 2 for 98k cr and 100k cr the 2nd day... Still happy to have my Claw and Eye 5* that quickly ^ ^
