You're absolutely correct. Too bad that there's absolutely nothing that's going to be done about it no matter how much we rant because balance is not important. So just give up. I really don't want to see another balance this, balance that thread anymore.

How it's weird with me
Since I live in California I have a cruddy connection to the server, and I see people who can boost with me, swing, and hit me from about 6-9 tiles away. I was hit by a second swing of a Divine Avenger from the side around 15 tiles away by someone who claimed to live in Virginia.
Seems legit.

wait though.
T1 and T2 is neatly balanced. T2 is balanced with the difficulty level with 2 - 3 star items and arenas reap good reward with difficult monsters. T2 weapons are not OP with only a few underpowered gear. (medic sword)
but T3 and PvP is...ugggh! T3 levels and T3 gear are either overpowered or underpowered and its all about grinding.
