Vog should give enough speed at least on swords. Unless you really really want a max.

Are you charging Glacius a lot? Most Brandish users charge a lot, because the charge is great. If so, then ASI isn't doing a whole lot for you anyway. I'd go for damage bonus before ASI. Snarbolax Coat will help even more.
