So you have heard of OP weapons
In LD these days, all we hear is OMG the hammer is so OP, OMFG the Polaris is BS, EMEGERD WTF IS WITH THIS OP TOOTHPICK, LOOK A THIS BS GF/DA , This VT is so [scrapping] BS

with this I can infer

ALL NON F2P weapons are OP
High slow dps weaps are OP
Weapons that cause explosions are OP
Fast stuff is OP
Haze bombs are OP
Shock is OP
ELE/PIER/SHAD damage is OP
slow bullets

So here is the list of OP weaps

BLITZ RANGE [ I think Vanduke will agree with this, its fast like [molasses] ]
ALL BOMBS [ Explosions = WIN]
CATA RANGE [MASSIVE EXPLOSIVES AND SLOW BULLETS]
ALL BRANDISHES
STRIKER SERIES
WIMILLION
PROTO SWORD[ charge has explosions]
Static edge
hot edge
heavy hatchet
zapper
AND nearly EVERY OTHER WEAPON

SO FROM THIS YOU CAN INFER

EVEY [scrapping] THING IS OP
SO THE NEXT TIME YOU DO LD DONT [scrapping] WHINE ABOUT OP WEAPONS
BECAUSE EVRYTHING IS OP

More seriously, I don't think that Lockdown is supposed to be "balanced" I think it is supposed to favor skolvers with toothpics playing as strikers who practice an insane amount. This is evidenced here- http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/56310

As you can see, the major complaints came from those who described above. OOO catered to them, so Lockdown is supposed to be broken.

Winmillion OP

The Winmillion is a gun and sword,more so than
wrench wand. And it is even more open with a Skolver/arbolaxs et and BTS, and you forgot to mention trinkets, unfair bonuses are... OVER POWERED
