Tried to enter Guild Hall from ready room, and the loading screen never even loads. I just get a black screen. Restarted the game, and I was able to enter Haven just fine. Used the Friends panel to enter the Guild Hall directly, got the same black screen.

I'd wish I could actually open the Support Request page.
My guild has got the same problem - shortly after affording 3F East Wing Floor we couldn't enter back our GH for several minutes. When we finally got in, our upkeep has raised, money was taken from vault, but there was no extension. When I got into design mode and saved everything, I completely broke our GH. Nobody can enter it - nor from Social Panel, nor from Gauntlet, even it was impossible via Ready Room. Every time when somebody tries to get into bugged Guild Hall, screen appears black, and it's impossible to go back without relogging.
If that helps - GH of ours has Wastework Theme, with Rainy Enviro.
[EDIT] It seems that reboot has sort of fixed that, yet that expansion was still unaccesable(?) (it still appears in Expansion tab as removable). Removing those rooms that cause trouble fixed everything.
I'm still confused.
