As of now Mad Bomber is outclassed by Chaos set. Get that or Volcanic, CTR can be more usefull than damage.

Half Volcanic half Chaos is a good all around set if you're decent at avoiding status.

We don't really know if you prefer damage-bombing, hazebombing or how good you are at avoiding catching fire.
Also, Mad Bomber has been obsoleted by Chaos. Knowing OOO, this will be fixed never.
