Poison. People don't even care about it these days. Besides stun, all other statuses have the potential to deal damage to you, meaning people don't even care about running into a Droul's breath attack anymore. What I'm proposing, is to make poison act like it should. For enemies, when they are poisoned they take damage when healed. Knights just don't get healed. Isn't that unfair? Why should knights get special treatment?
1. Clockworks:
When you are poisoned, for the duration of the poison not only will you not be able to be healed, you also take damage depending on healing source. A normal T1 heart does 1 pip of damage when you pick it up. A T2 Heart does 2 pips and so on. Health Capsules act similarly, with Normal ones doing 3 pips, Super Health Capsules doing 6 pips of damage when you are poisoned, and Ultras do 12 pips of damage.
2.PvP
Poisoned in Lockdown? No problem! Just dash over to a guardian and let him increase your defence to the point of invulnerability! Not anymore. As Guardian Shields heal you, and negate all damage going to anyone inside the shield radius towards the shield health, when poisoned, not only would you be damaged while inside a Guardian Shield, but all damage to any team member within the shield radius will go to you instead. If there are more than one poisoned knights then it would be split between them.
I think that PvP change is a little much. Since you're already taking, what is it, 30% more damage while poisoned? Being under a Guardian Shield shouldn't punish you. Removing 'invulnerability' is one thing, but making it worse to stand under a shield than to stand outside the shield doesn't really make sense.
The reason Clockworks gives Knights 'special treatment' is so you don't waste hearts on the ground - not being able to walk over hearts in the Clockworks could get annoying. Especially if you accidentally use a capsule instead of a vial - you waste a capsule and basically kill yourself.
