Yeah. So I have pretty much everything I want first hand in this game, for different damage types and runs. I'm not sure what I want to get next though, so I'm just going to ask here.

You haven't mentioned your shields. You should have Barbarous Thorn Shield, Swiftstrike Buckler, maybe Grey Owlite, Crest of Almire, etc. You may not need a piercing suit. The monsters that deal piercing are some of the easiest in the game.
You need more bombs. Bombs are highly idiosyncratic --- there are many types, with very different behaviors --- and you have not sampled the types yet. Get a vortex bomb. Get Nitronome or Dark Briar Barrage. Get a haze bomb that does damage, such as Ash of Agni or Voltaic Tempest. You might try a shard bomb too.
