Arsenal; plan in terms of 5-star items
This thread belongs in the Arsenal forum, so please move it there (by editing the thread and choosing that forum from the menu). Also, this question has been asked many times, so consider searching the forums, to get a variety of answers.
Always plan your equipment in terms of 5-star items, because that's where everything ends up (unless you're focused on Tier-2 Lockdown). So you should really be asking: Do I want Divine Avenger, Gran Faust, Argent Peacemaker, or Sentenza (or none of them)? The answer depends on whether you want a sword or a gun, and whether you want an elemental weapon or a shadow weapon, and whether you already have comparable weapons. You'd have to tell us more about the weapons you already have, your playstyle, and where you are in your missions/Clockworks progress.

To tell you the truth Hadi, the sealed spork and the Antigua don't really do justice, you can sell them on the auction house for massive profit though.

While it is true that sealed sword and Antigua is weak themselves, its the upgrades that make them do a lot of damage.
If you already have a useful sword, and lack a useful gun, I'd recommend getting the Antigua.
If you already have a useful gun, and lack a useful sword, I'd recommend getting the Sealed Sword.
Though, you may want to get a sealed sword if you only currently have a Normal damage sword and want to increase the number of special damage type swords you have.
Really depends what you current set of gear is like, and what kind of gear you are aiming to have. Spend a little bit of time, if you haven't already, to plan what kind of gear you'd like to have at 5 star, and then make the decision based on what would be best to help you achieve that.
