At 5* they do pull lumbers and trojans may not get affected simply because they shield it.

Can it also suck royal jelly? Arkus? Maulos? and the guy in legion of almire? (i dont remember anything precisely about this mission name and boss)

Trojans are affected, but it's not strong enough to stop their dashes.
It even works on Vanaduke, only it's not really useful because the vortex affects the center of enemis and as such he'd nearly have to be standing on it in the first place. It works on Royal Jelly, but I think it wouldn't work on Arkus as he is totally immobile.
