really do not understand because it is not for linux in the spiral steam.
Actually now that steam came out for linux spiral is the only game that even more use lately that was not steam.
taking a client for linux why not also in this blissful steam version?

the truth is annoying because I have my steam account as the client for linux that I can not play separately with it :/

the truth is a little detail that would greatly appreciate it fixed.

He could also have meant that

He could also have meant that Steam for Linux compelled him to install other games for Linux, including Spiral Knights.

OOO should really try to release it under Steam for linux, but they may have obstacles that we may not be aware of. Would they need permission from SEGA to do it, and would they allow them to? Would they also need to obtain a separate license to package the Steam linux release with the Java redistributables (since every game on Steam is expected to be roughly self-containted)?

I still suspect the only real thing stopping them is lack of demand.
