It seems this game is still having issues in the year or two I've been gone. I can launch it from here but if I login with my steam account like I am now or if I launch it from the steam program it simply will try to boot up and disappear. Everything is up to date, and as I said it'll launch from this site and the download from this site, but not when I am logged in via steam or using the steam launching of SK. Since I can't use my steam account I obviously can't play even if it launches when I log out of my steam account on here. I have no plans to make a brand new account and play from scratch.

However there's a "facebook" login way to get into SK without using steam.
1. Click on play in the SK website without logging in.
2. Click on the facebook button. (when SK starts)
3. Click on sign in via steam and fellow the instructions.
4. You should be able to login without a steam client.
Note: You can not buy energy while your in the normal client. Or Steam trade in-game.
As for the main problem, I do not know how to fix it.
