Well, here's an example for Guild Lockdown.
You watch your enemy team's play style, their weapons, their sets, which class, etc. And the match is about to end and you fear your guildies will take your spot before you do, and it's a pain to go back to haven to change because of the slow loading time...
The reason is same as why i want this to happen.
It would help people who want to know the play style of enemies, be it RLD or GLD. For example, John watches his enemy bob play a Lockdown Match, He is wearing a skolver set with Flourish, etc. He was wearing shadowsun and wanted to switch to skolver, because the match was ending and he didn't want to miss fighting his arch-rival. So he quickly Un-queues and changes to Royal Jelly set. This could be useful in occasions.

Loadout-changing should be possible even in the locker rooms, really. I just wanna swap one thing for shiver sometimes, you know?

I know that feel! Whenever i see no skolvers in a match i just want to get a shiver out, and then it says "Outside locker room" :|

Load out changing.
It is available in locker rooms if u made a set load out. Now if it was just the one weapon I would agree with that.

What I don't like is if people know all your tricks, it's not going to be fun because you have a set to be completely resistant. If that happens its going to be really boring or bad if your bob and your opponent is John. See what I'm talking about?

Or just make loadouts optional and find another way to limit gear.

No. Why should you? What if your spectating a Tier 1 or Tier 2 game? You could just "change" into your Tier 3 loadout, mark it as PvE, wear it in T2 and BAM!
Congratulations, you just made Tier 1 and 2 invaded. How wonderful... ._.

I mentioned, that a player could change his loadout ONLY WHEN HE UNQUEUES. That is all. If you equip a T3 Loadout on T1/T2, Then it will show "You are T3
Not enough though. Why do you want this to happen? What is your reasoning? How would this help? Details man. You need details.
