Thanks for jamming more pointless clutter on my screen. I really need to see what weapon I know I'm switching too. Remember you have to buy weapon slots? Pretty sure I know what i equipped there. Fix this garbage or at least let us toggle it off.

This update sucks, I'm sorry.
I do forget what I have where, and always go, "dang, that wasn't the bomb I wanted." Already I find I'm ignoring it floating in front of me. What I don't get, is why when I switch to "Dread Venom Striker" I see the "dread venom striker" icon there, and above it. Which is to suggest I'm carrying two of them, and Two AP's, and Two Combusters. Shouldn't it show combuster above, and AP below?
Good thing I don't have four weapons equipped other wise it will be a bit of a mess.
I never would have been able to tell which weapon I'm using without it...

yeah i guess the point is to obstruct your visibility so you get hit by random mobs. or to just out right distract you. they can make it look neat not directly in the center of my screen.

THIS particular part of the update is by far the most frustrating and invasive part of the new UI.
Nah the point is to be so obnoxiously distracting that you get hit more times than you normally would and therefore die. Dying = revives using energy. Because they hid energy from you = accidental CE revives = more money to buy CE = strong scumbag update

I see no problem with the wep switch.
Only people who constantly weapon switch and could find this feature as annoying are people who exploit the animation cancelling with weapon switch so I don't really see any reason why should OOO cater to those by allowing to turn it off.
On the placement itself; it's around you because duh, you look at your knight most of the time, would be stupid as hell to watch the corner of the screen to just see what weapon is next.
