Lockboxes drop all of the above, while Mirrored Lockboxes only drop the mods and such.

Lockboxes only drop eye mods, not colours or height mods

To summarize what these guys have said:
Iron Lockboxes drop: Accessories, Eye Mods, and rarely Shadow Keys
Mirrored Lockboxes drop: Eye Mods, Personal Colours, and rarely Height Mods
But is that what you were asking? Or did you want to know the drop rate aka rarity of each?
