I'm not really sure, but it's just a spare account. And is not in use right now. Because i have my main account, but if it does affect TOS i'm not trading it for real money, but money inside the game anyways.
The transfer of accounts IN ANY WAY violates their ToS (but real money trading doesn't, as long as it's only for items).
"You may not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account, or otherwise transfer your Account, nor may you sell, charge others for the right to use, or transfer any Subscriptions other than if and as expressly permitted by this Agreement (including any Subscription Terms or Rules of Use)."
I'm pretty sure selling your account is against the ToS. Besides that, if the account is linked to your Steam account, wouldn't you have to sell your Steam account to sell the SK account?
