WHAT IS THE ONE REASON YOU STILL PLAY SK?
Personally, I am really into LD and that's the only thing that makes me want to keep playing.
What about YOU?
what is the one thing? And why
P.S. I LIKE CAPITALIZING WORDS.

LD, and the fact that I just made a 5* set and it needs heating.
I still play to amass the largest collection of UV'd spurs.
I was playing with you earlier when i was streaming LD XD
Was fun :D
Im pretty much just playing lockdown until i need more money/want to buy a steam game/new PVE stuff comes.
Still not fully 5* after a whole year, so yeah, still have stuff to do.
I actually still play mostly cause I'm a social player, and haven or a guild is a great place to socialize with friends when your bored. other then that, I love the gameplay, and aesthetics of the world itself. I haven't gotten "everything" yet, so there is always a new thing to add to my item collection. but yeah, SK still manages to be fun, and seems to be improving bit by bit as time goes by (minus the recent GUI update, which doesn't look as appealing. hides to much information without giving you the option to change things in settings, plus the placement of buttons being on different sides of the screen splits the locus of attention way to much, among other things).
anyway, I've also invested a lot into the game, so I like to check up on it every now and then. I look forward to the battle sprites patch, and hope that they add to the teamwork synergy of the game, without taking away elements of gameplay or cluttering the screen.
I play to get the stuff I want; Crest of Almire, Crown of the Fallen, and the world-shattering Sudaruska...
I also want to give the Spiralmon a chance, at least.
Community.
If this were a normal 1 person console game, I would've stopped playing last year

It doesn't take much to keep you in this game, I guess.
I almost 5*, and I'm doing it the legit way.No buying ce with real money, not even an elevator pass.Running fully on mist. And when I do get my 5* gear, and get to endgame, I'll just craft more stuff that I feel would make my adventuring through the clockworks more easy. That, and socialize with fellow knights when I'm in the mood.
first I want to get the vanguard rank. then I want a snarby suit. then a Sudaruska. then every single thing in game. then, I'll LD until I ged bored and quit.
I play to make costumes for my character and donate help and excess cr to new players. :3
I like the feeling of helping people
I still not fully 5*, even after playing for almost 2 years.
I also love this community. One of a kind
Clockworks.
And I never crafted something 5* with my old account before I deleted it.
Eventhou I lag like almost always...I can't find other game like SK...so...:/ ...the other reason for me to continue playing is....because it is fun?...because the feeling that I got when I beat someone in LD eventhou they walk through wall and stuff :P...because I am just bored...and because of the community
One word: Community :P (and a ton of other reasons which I'm not bothered to put down XD)
"Let me tell u the meaning of insanity, it is to do jelly runs over and over again and expext vana money, ya know what? That is crazy..."--Vaas, after playing SK for a while .
yeah, i have done countless jelly runs and R twins runs, tonight will probably be my 300th jelly run (THIS IS JELLISTA!), and all those crs goes to my crafting, hoping one day that i will take on vanaduke like a sir! I will cleanse the FSC of that maneace!
WISH ME LUCK GUYS!
Do you really want to start this conversation?
At first I started playing SK because of the fact that someone on Kongregate (with whom I am no longer in contact due to a really awkwardly mistimed request to sext online) suggested that we both try the game and make a 'Let's Play' video, something that was The Cool Thing to do at the time. As a result, I ended up joining just after the first Halloween event, on November the 1st of 2011. I stuck with it mainly because it was free and I was at university and bored. (In retrospect, it was not a great combination for my exams.) After that, I mainly stayed around for the community, and the fact that this was a game where there was a great deal to be explored. With WoW, the game could get a bit tiresome after a while - sure, there were skill combos and rare items to be acquired, but it didn't change the fact that, in that massive world, it didn't change all that often, and what you did with your character didn't determine the way you swung your sword at enemies, or whether you missed with a bullet or not. Spiral Knights had a relatively dynamic world, where there are a whole bunch of levels that are randomly generated each time. Your own actions and skills determined whether you took damage or not, not some RNG that tossed a hypothetical die to say whether you were hit or missed. There were new events. I felt as if I was exploring something fresh and innovative, and I wanted to see everything.
Since then, lag got bad. People got jaded about the lack of response over certain events, that people had been taking advantage of advance knowledge and the fact that the staff did not seem to be handling matters in the same way that they once did. CE prices went up, again; at one time it was so bad that someone got banned over market manipulation, and yet the damage was still done. Players had lost faith because they felt they were not being listened to. New players came along, some of whom were rather less mature than the older player who had joined previously.
I stuck with it in the vague sort of hope that things might change in the future, and out of curiosity. The game has a lot of potential in its capability for variety, and the concept itself is something of a niche. It just isn't being fully realised at the moment, which is something of a shame.
I still play cause I'm a sucky 5* who's never been to an SL,
I ran a giveaway that I had to constantly manage,
I want a maxed out guild hall
I want all of my items to be triple UV'd with high/max UV's,
If I had my way I'd have one kind of every item (3x UV'd of course)
STILL haven't done an SL,
Dont have those cool prestige thingies over my head (the cool shieldy one you get when you have 45k+ prestige),
I don't wanna leave my guild D:
My sis plays this game, too. But she's a 4* so half of the time I'm helping her out,
I have spent around 2 years on this game, I'm not gonna give up on it so soon.
NEW STUFF
Cush ish are funsies
Brand new stuff is heading in SK in around 1-2 months, so yeah.
I WAN SPOOKITTEH
I will not leave SK until I reach my goal of 10mil CR's and 100k CE.
COMMUNITAH
... Not really LD cause I dont have any good armors and weapons for it.
... Yeah those are my rasins.
I LIKE CAPS TOO!
I PLAY STILL BECAUSE I'M THE ONLY BETA PLAYER WITHOUT SL GEAR!!!
