got kicked of the server in mid game - now i can't log on anymore

I was in a run at fsc - the screen froze then jumped to a new picture. This happened numerous times and then i got kicked of the server.
Now I'm not able to log in at all anymore - tried for about one hour now. Also can't get on to the support page.
