When I first started SK, the bomb that caught my eye was the BAB. Though I never crafted it (due to seeing its horrid charge time) I still want to know these things:

1. How much will wearing a Chaos set and having the fully heated bomb reduce the charge time? (I'd like to know an estimate in seconds)

2. Is there any way to extend past the max ctr limit so that the bomb will charge even faster?

3. Will using recon in LD coupled with the Chaos set show any noticeable difference in ctr when compared to its ctr outside of LD?

charge time =\= fuse time

big angry bomb charge time is same as haze bomb charge time

looky here

just the fuse time is long and cannot be reduced

CTR, just like any other bonus weapon bonus, cannot exceed max. The CTR from the chaos set would be redundant stacked on top of the recon bonus.

also, when you speak of fuse time, do you mean the time it takes from the bomb being placed down to the time the bomb itself explodes?

Yes. it's about twice as long as Nitro's, and the same as Irontech.
