So, I have tried withdrawing from the mist well, but I can't.

Although, I only have 2 mist and 109 ce.
The withdraw button appears to be dark gray which seems unclickable, the same with deposit.
Any ideas?

It's probably because you're not a high enough rank in the guild to draw from it, that'd be my guess. (I've been GM since before these existed, so idk if this is really what's happening.)
Either that, or you already have full Mist.
Put this under Bug Reports section and see what the GMs can do.
