Crystal bombs are fairly niche items, I bought a CTR high one for 3k CE and the guy had been trying to sell for months. I'd expect if you wanted to wait or got extremely lucky you might be able to get 15-20, but I'd expect most of your offers to be 10k CE or less.

I've bought a Deadly Crystal
I've bought a Deadly Crystal Bomb (5* version) CTR VH from Extrajuicybits a couple weeks ago for 12k CE. It's unfortunate but while those are just as uncommon as ANY other equipment with CTR VH, they're not worth as much as others due to the simple lack of demand. For instance, I bought 2 Troikas CTR VH 6k CE, a Calibur CTR VH 5k CE and 2 Cutters CTR VH << 3k CE each because nobody reasonably would use them. I just collect these items and make them 5* so I'm virtually the only one buying those lately. I'm sorry I can't buy you any of these; I'm now looking for the Dark matter version...
With a bit of patience those 2* versions can surely go well over 10k CE; it's all about patience.

I want that soooo bad, but i wouldn't be able to afford it.
Sad thing is that a buyer will be a rare thing for this weapon... not many people like shard bombs like me.
