I made a diagram that shows the status resist for different armor and UV combinations. I'm still looking for a single piece of armor that has high inherent resistance plus a high UV, so if anybody has an armor like Snarbolax with a freeze high UV, it would be extremely helpful if I could meet you in-game to get a screenshot.

The rows labeled '2 pieces' represent your resistance if you wear both a helmet and armor with the specified resistance amounts. For example, '2 pieces: max + high' is your resistance when you equip a helmet with max resistance and an armor with high resistance (or helmet with high and armor with max).

The rows labeled '1 piece' represent a single helmet/armor that has some inherent resistance plus some UV.

Only need max +high to get

Only need max +high to get immunity for striker and recon.

@Misten

Thanks for your feedback.

If you have the max resistance on one piece and the high resistance on the other piece, yes. This is shown in the diagram. However, I seem to recall max + high UV on a single piece not providing immunity for strikers during my tests.

I *know* max + medium on 2 separate pieces doesn't grant immunity to strikers, and the bar for that configuration is longer than max + high on 1 piece (as shown in the diagram). Therefore, if max + high UV on 1 piece does work, then comparing bar lengths means nothing, and this entire thread is pointless.

I have reconfirmed that max

I have reconfirmed that max +high shock/freeze uv on one piece of equipment grant me immunity to VT/shiver. Your natural medium resist looks like high instead. Which equipment exactly are you using as natural medium? Anyway the bar length are not known for its accuracy. Its pretty awful.

Those are some really weird results... I equipped a Skolver Cap and an Ironmight Plate Mail with freeze medium for the max + medium on 2 separate pieces.

I guess comparing bar lengths for status resist is pointless. That's a shame. =/ I'm pretty surprised; I thought defenses like normal/shadow/etc were displayed inaccurately and statuses were accurate.

Oh Ironmight plate mail,

Oh Ironmight plate mail, meaning the freeze medium come from UV instead of the 2nd armor natural resist.
Some glitch when combining resist graphically. So confusing, 3O please explain or fix this.
