What does this mean?

You know how we have a radar? Of course you do! I suggest that a permanent weapon wheel goes around this thing. It's circular, so it'd fit, right? This would probably shrink while it's not in use, and then grow when you change weapons. If the HUD in unlocked, maybe clicking on a weapon in this wheel would cause you to switch to it, allowing for users to switch weapons with just the mouse, the same way how it's possible to use the tool belt without needing keyboard shortcuts.

And then to go with it, there'd be an option in the Game tab of the options window to remove the weapon wheel that appears next to the characters. This way, users who dislike having the weapon wheel in their face can change it.

EDIT: Fixed typo in Subject.

Yes, Zeddy agrees

I propose that instead of having it around the radar, it could partially replace/cover the portrait.

That would work if they are willing to mess with the portrait, but I have a feeling that they aren't. Also, going around the portait won't work because the party stuff goes there. (Especially on lower resolutions) I decided to say it should go to the radar because there is a lot of empty space there.

Another place would be around/near the tool belt, perhaps?

Hmm, I can see this being useful! And yeah, near the toolbelt might be best.

They just need to put it in

They just need to put it in the gaming options to toggle it, or turn it on or off, like AT.

Thanks for the bump!

I might make a picture if it's wanted badly enough...but I doubt that even a picture would help atm. They're probably swamped right now making dashing stuff and fixing bugs.

Starts thinking of how to design the Calibrator Mod. (No I do not mean Mod Calibrator, which is a totally different thing.)
