mad bomber solo vana

so i've been trying to solo vana using mad bomber gears thanks to reflex clicking on continue expedition without thinking which causes me to lose my precious 10 mist. thats 700 cr burnt i tell you. damn you vana. anyway i tried few times with the minimum requirement to go for expedition. mad bomber gears, aegis, nitro, and combuster. no trinket no extra weapon slot no uv. alas, i can only get to stage 3 vana. damn those swirling fireballs and mad skating.

so any good idea to solo vana for mad bomber suit with only 2 weps?

watch out vana, im gonna bring BAB to throw you across the throne room. prepare to feel the wrath of mad bomber!!!!

You use DBB on Vana and Nitro on the mask.

No Trinket? Just Mad Bomber?

@Zeddy I call bullcrap. You can't do 307 damage with very high bonus.
Anyway the DBB is actually the best bomb to solo vana with, aside from Angry Bomb.

My calculations say otherwise.

According to the wiki, DBB does 312 damage vs piercing-weak targets at D28 and 230 damage versus neutral target. Enemies at D28 have a base defence of about 82 (312 - 230), so the true damage of DBB is something like 394. Now apply a very high bonus (4 * 4% = 16%) for a total damage of 457.

Vanaduke has 150 piercing defence.

457 - 150 = 307.

You are welcome to head down to Vanaduke with a very high bonus and try for yourself. At max bonus I would be dealing about 338.

im speechless...... you did manage to pull that off...... hats off.....

@blastcore solo swordsman for vana is even worse..... THAT'S THE WORST!!!! i cant imagine how are you gonna kill vana except using charged attack from brandish line or da....

Soloing Vanaduke with swords mainly involves a bunch of watering. Hammer helps.
