Also, shock med isn't that useful, it has to be shock high or max to be more useful... So my final offer is 9kce, as I intend to reroll the shock med anyway :3 so I really don't wanna pay extra for it

If the b/o is a little overpriced, then the c/o can help determine that for both myself in the event I do get another cap or for others who want to keep up with market flux. However, while stating a cap's net "worth" as far as what you view it as is fine, you've also got to understand that as the seller, I'm also interested in getting more bang for my buck, same as you. I'd like to think in the past I've given pretty reasonable prices for a lot of my wares though so we'll play it by ear if I have to change b/o on something, since I don't view any of these as egregiously overpriced in any way.

Either way, if no one else offers on it in a timely manner, who knows, maybe you'll end up winning. I've lowered the b/o on it to 11k CE in the meantime.
