I've got some suggestions of adding new crown denominations to the available ones in the game, and they ought to be placed in the toughest levels in the game to date, examples being the available Shadow Lairs so far, and should be very rare in the easier levels. Here's the new crown denomination suggestions:

Gold-Platinum Crown

"A gold-platinum crown will grant 75 crowns to each member of the party."

Platinum Crown

"A platinum crown will grant 100 crowns to each member of the party."

Those are the new crown denomination ideas so far. Tell me what you think!

nope.

1 you know how rare is a 50 cr drop in statum 6? that would make this practically legendary as a darkfang in there.
2 if you want more crowns for runs, go on FSC. there are more than enough crowns in there.
3 we already have a full gold crown drop, and it's worth 50 cr.

50 crowns is already big enough. We don't need bigger coins.
Say, instead of a single 100cr coin, you could make the box/enemy/whatever drop two 50cr coins.

50 crowns can be found often in Tier 3, including in prize wheels. 100 crowns is way too much.

I think we should have crowns worth 1 mill. They should drop insanely rarely, and should cover half the screen. They should also have a chance of falling through and breaking the level in half, ending your run and making you fabulously wealthy.

Slowmo on animation as huge crown comes out, does the boss coin animation and tears the level in half as it falls through.

How about, instead of enemies dropping 75-100 crowns in random little 20- and 1- cr pieces, make it so the biggest crowns possible drop? ie, in a 86 cr drop there would be one 50cr coin, one 25cr coin, one 10cr coin, and one 1cr coin. Then loot looks shinier <(^_^)>

Or perhaps they could make it so that the more crowns drop the less the chance is of a big crown dropping.
For instance:

100 cr = 95 one crown pieces + 1 5 crown piece.

20 cr = 1 ten crown pieces + 2 5 crown pieces.

10 cr = 1 ten cr pieces

8 crowns = 1 5 crown piece + 3 crowns added to the next possible drop.

2 crowns = 1 5 crown piece (taking the 3 from above)

I would expect 75 and 100 CR pieces would only show up from red treasure boxes, and rarely. Maybe only in Shadow Lairs after the boss.

Platinum could be a rare commodity in Cradle

Those kinds of crown denominations should be in the Shadow Lairs, because with tougher challenges, comes greater rewards, and that includes the new crown denominations.

EDIT: Have you seen the prices on guild hall expansions and their upkeep prices yet? Some of them are amazingly high. Think of this.

they are high only if you are a few. 100 members pay 12.5k (complete first floor)= 1250 cr per knight. not so high. it's 1/7 a vana or half a JK.

I say, these new denominations should be for tougher challenges.

I'm sure Three Rings won't mind making two new Crown denominations and placing them in more difficult challenges only. It won't take them too long to make these new denominations.
