What code can I put into the launch options of Spiral Knights in steam to make it fullscreen. Since I have stopped trying to make it work, I have one more option and that is to put it in fullscreen. I have a hunch that that will do something.

He can't start the game at all and he believes it'll somehow fix itself if he launches it at fullscreen.
That's what I'm understanding.

Launching the game in full screen will not fix your driver issues. The same software is needed to run the game in full screen as is needed to run it windowed, so running it in full screen will not solve your issues.
The link that Helios gave you in that thread should solve your problem, provided your computer can run Spiral Knights in the first place. If it cannot, you'll have to upgrade your hardware and THEN make sure to get a decent driver.
Normally you change the game to fullscreen mode from the Options menu, Video tab. Are you having trouble changing modes while the game is running?
