Do many Lockdown players not know that charging a weapon removes invincibility frames?

I see a recon bomber charging his VT. I come in and unload my whole AP clip on him. All shots hit him, and he dies. He then commences to talk trash at me about how I have an ASI VH AP, when in reality, none of the weapons I own have any asi whatsoever.

Also, does the Wiki state this fact?
