Because...
It's under-rated. I thought I may aswell try it out and I actually think it's brilliant. I barely get hit when I play seriously plus compared to wolver series, Azure is better looking (I know costumes exist). Also I don't like over-rated gear; to me things like that can make armor VERY unlikable.
