I do not have access to a credit card, but I do have a mobile phone so I wana pay through that. But I found out that getting ce via phone is so much more expensive!

with credit card u can get 3500ce for the price of $10

via mobile phone u get only 1692ce at the price of $11 !

whyyyyy such a difference!!!!!, is there a reason for this?! There r so many people that don't have credit cards, but do have mobile phones (mostly children and teenagers), and the game is supposed to be played by teenagers and children anyways!

This is just discouraging all those people that have phones but do not have cards, to pay at all. I really don't know why there is a such a big price difference :/

Because phone companies are greedy btards who take like 50% of your money so actually OOO gets only ~5$ of your money not 11$, thats why you get less CE.

You can sign up and make a steam account, link your account to steam, then pay through steam gift cards. Buy them at your local gamestop! How to link account to steam

Why not just do it through the mobiles web browser? Ive done it before and never had anything happen like you did.
