Regarding DOTA 2 items (before the chests), I was thinking 1 rare per non-TF card, or 2 uncommons. However, you might get better prices or even complete sets for a character from the folks on DOTA2 Trading message boards so I'd suggest looking there first unless you really want something I've got.
