it is actually really easy... you just add one to the line of numbers, and add them up... so
4510 would be 1000110011110,
4511 would be 1000110011111,
4512 would be 1000110100000

Markus, you can always look at the person before you.
Just add 1 to their number. It's like decimal addition, except you have to carry every 2 instead of every 10.
