A number of people mentioned these problems in testing feedback. It does make bombing in LD more problematic--not quite as much right now, but it will more and more as players figure out how to smoothly integrate dash into their regular play style. One of the suggestions was to finally remove the blast radius from enemy bombs so you can't know for sure how much time you have before a blast/how far the radius will reach. But anyway, I agree, it is a problem for bombers.
Guardians ignore it.
Strikers jet-pack out of it.
Now recons can dash out of it.
