As the title says, I am looking to sell some Steam Games for CE. All games listed below are tradeable Steam-Gifts.

What is the difference between a key and the actual game?
Do I need to have the game already for these keys to work?
Or are these keys the actual game?

Arc, I believe this key acts as an access key, as in it "unlocks" the game itself... So it would be like purchasing the game
OR, if you have a substandard version of Assassin's Creed (not sure about this, but some keys work like this) this key will "change" it into the full version

Short answer:
The keys are the actual game, after entering they will unlock the full game for you!
Long answer:
On steam there is a "add new game" button where you can enter keycodes. After entering, the full game will be unlocked for your account and can be downloaded and played just as if you´ve bought it in the Steam-Store or a retailer.
In Steam-Trading there is a difference between a "giftable copy" and a key. Both will unlock the full game for you, but a giftable copy can be traded over the steam-trade-interface (much similar to Item-Trades in MMOs) and is a much safer way for trading. With keys this isn´t possible, so one side always has to give his items first and trust the other one to do the same afterwards. Sadly there are always some scammers around, so in key-trading it is important for you to take a look at the profile of your tradepartner and descide if he´s trustworthy.

5500 ce is way too much. I understand that you could be selling games that you already had and you are just clearing inventory, but you are trying to plow me over on your price.
FTL is $10 and you are selling a game worth $39.99 for less than 5500 ce. A few other games you are selling for less than 2000 ce and they are worth the same as FTL in the steam store. So no thanks on your offer for 5500 ce. I will try someone else.
@Fbfatalerror: I´m sorry that you see it that way. You are right that I am selling games I already have and the prices are cheap because I got the games cheap. I am also offering to get other games for you I dont have right now (like FTL) and depending on how cheap I can get my hands on them, they will be more or less expensive. I can´t sell it to you any cheaper than I can get it myself, its as simple as that.. and if you don´t like the price, you are welcome to look elsewhere of course.
