Does OPENED mail WITH attachments get deleted after 30 days or not? I read the wiki but I don't understand.

If it still has the attachments in it (so if you haven't accepted the items/crowns/etc), you will no longer be able to.
OMG I didn't know that lol I was so lucky that I noticed the unaccepted Proto Crest at the bottom of the mail box back then XD

Attachments are returned to sender if they're not accepted, and attachmets mail from the auction house are lost permanently.

Let's say you ignore a person for 40 days. That person sends you a mail with an attachment. When you unignore them will you still get the mail? I mean you didn't know because you ingnored them

Yes. I've seen this happen. I meant to mail something to one of my alternate knights, but got the name wrong. The receiver never claimed it, and it was returned to me via mail 30 days later.
And if I don't open it then?
That I don't know. But my advice is to open it. ;)

I was victim of mad typo, when sending mail (Thowardz exactly 50kcr, lol). If target won't accept attachmet in 30 days, attachment will back to sender (As "Attachment, what was never acceped"), so don't worry :)

Attachments in mail received from a player are returned to the player after 30 days.
If you have mail attachments returned to you, the mail is technically "from the system", so if you don't reclaim the items that weren't accepted after 30 days (60 days after the original mail was sent by you), they'll be deleted.
