Buying Twisted snarble barb Receipe!!!

They can't be bought(except AH ofc) anywhere except from basil in clockworks levels.
some people found it and put the on AH but they were(are) severely overpriced at 10k crowns per Twisted snarble barb recipe.

Willing to compromise around 6k crowns(hopefully 5k ;_; , 7k maybe?).
the recipe itself bought from basil is 4k (i think..?)
