99% sure they'll do another event, at some time or another. Just a matter of wether they wait 6 months or a year before doing it, really. I mean, they re-released stuff they called one time only, so i think its a pretty safe bet they will re-release this, as they greased the wheels for it upon first release. (carefully stating that they would run the promo again some day in the future).
However, if it is a long wait, then now would be teh ideal time to grab one as the price has stalled out and may even be dipping a little. I fully well suspect that if its another year before they get released you'll be seeing them go for 45-55k ce like the rare wings and auras.

The prices are unlikely to get that high because they aren't soulbound once someone has used them, so there'll always be some availiable
