I just lost 1 CE for going into a level with one of my friends. Now I cannot sell them! I think that there should be a warning when someone is out of mist energy, and will start using crystal energy.

This might not be a bad idea. It could be set to toggle on and off in the options the same way as the warnings when using upgrade items or dropping vials.
